This is a hand-colored etching on zinc.

One of my favorite cartoon characters is Olive Oly and one of my favorite paintings is Hieronymous Bosch’s paintings “The Garden of Earthly Delights”.

The series was inspired by then President George W. Bush, who decided to “fix” social security. This prospect was blood chilling and luckily for all of us, he never had the opportunity to do so.

Hence the title “Toys in Peril”.
